We offer straight ahead, no nonsense pricing.
You’ve all seen those ads saying “$99 for a 3 room special!!!!!*” Notice
the asterix. At the bottom of the ad it says, “L” shaped rooms and
rooms larger that 280 square feet count as two rooms and large
closets count as 1 room. What a load of nonsense. Why not use more
common sense? That’s why our pricing is the way it is. Just straight
forward. No deception. |

Steam cleaning – our extremely thorough
process of truck-mounted steam cleaning. Teflon included. |

Basic Stairs - same steam cleaning, but
we use a state of the art specialized tool specially built to rip
stairs clean. Teflon included. |

Pet Odor – Depending on severity of and the customer’s level
of tolerance to the problem this service is available by estimate

Upholstery – We clean upholstery using the steam method,
however, with a slightly different process. Prices vary because
chair and couch sizes and materials vary. Teflon included. |
Starting

Spotting – We have been specially trained to get even the
toughest spots out, including magic markers, paint and makeup. Minor
spotting is included with steam cleaning. Charge is only for spots
that may take extended periods of time to work on. NO GUARANTEE |
