We at Common Sense Carpet Care take an “Old
Fashioned”, common sense approach to cleaning your carpets and
upholstery. We take pride in the intimate relationships we develop
with our customers. We also take pride in the quality of work we do.
There is no “in and out” service, like most other companies, and
unlike most companies we apply top of the line Flourochemical
protectant on everything we clean at no extra charge. Our prices are
fair and straightforward with no vague or misleading advertisements,
and the two owners, not a technician paid on commission, do all the
